A recent addition to the VIRA team, Shaguffta is passionate about People and Progress!

Over the last 12 years (she began working at 39 years of age), her own career trajectory has evolved in alignment to her vision of guiding individuals towards personal and professional success along with her own. She comes with a rich and diverse experience as an Image, People Development, and Holistic Wellness Specialist.

Shaguffta has worked with reputed brands like J.M.Financial Services and Femina magazine (Times of India), before moving to Dubai in 2015. In her stint with the Hospitality industry (2016 – 2020), heading the Work Internship and Placement Program at the International Centre for Culinary Arts, she has trained culinary students on their personality and communication skills and got them internship and permanent positions in 4- and 5-star properties and restaurants across UAE.

As she continues on her mission of assisting people on their Wellness Journey, Shaguffta has now taken up the role of building new relationships between VIRA and the hospitality industry across GCC.

Her mantra to success in her own words – “Only having positive attitude does not help. One needs to have a ‘Progressive and Solution-Focused Attitude’ if one needs to grow through life.”
