What Can Migrants expect when applying for a Skilled Worker Visas?

A new points-based system was introduced on 1st January 201 which reframed the criteria your recruits will need to meet when applying for a Skilled worker Visa.

To qualify for positions vacant in any company in the UK or recruitment in London, they must have:

  • A job offer from a company that has a UKVI sponsor Licence.
  • The position on offer must pertain to a skill level required at RQF Level 3 or above.
  • The ability to communicate in English at B1/B2 Level.
  • The salary on offer must exceed the minimum threshold of £25,600.
