Tehseen joined the Vira team in 2005 as a Recruitment executive for UK Chef placements. She later took charge as Operations Manager, supervising the day to day operations of the UK program, Fairmont Canada & SSP Singapore Recruitment drives, client trips , Reference documentation etc  & led the team till 2010 . Post a sabbatical she is now a part of the Vira family again as Operations Director for the USA J1 Internship program .Tisha has over 10 years of rich experience in Hospitality & Luxury Retail with Recruitment & Operations as her areas of specialization. Her association with Intercontinental Hotel as part of the Front Desk team at the very onset of her career & her experience as HR Manager with Swarovski & GUESS (Mumbai) has helped her gain an in depth understanding of the dynamic Hospitality & Retail industry.
