Lorraine joined Vira in April 2004 as a Recruitment Consultant for the Tier 5 visa program. She later moved to the J1 Internship Program, progressing to Recruitment Manager and leading operations until 2011.

She rejoined in 2014 as Program Manager, was promoted to Program Director, and managed the J1 program remotely until 2017. After a sabbatical, she returned and now leads Mumbai operations while overseeing global programs across the USA, Spain, New Zealand, Mauritius, and France.

Lorraine manages key stakeholder relationships, visa processes, and student support, ensuring a smooth end to end experience.

Before Vira, she worked with Jet Airways and holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from NMIMS. Based in Mumbai, she is known for her calm approach, strong judgment, and ability to handle high pressure situations.
