I hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. Honours) in Hospitality and Tourism Management and bring over four years of experience in visa processing. As a Visa Consultant, I manage client queries, oversee visa documentation, and consistently ensure a high approval rate.

To strengthen my industry knowledge, I recently completed the Foundation in Travel and Tourism course with Amadeus, gaining deeper insight into global travel systems and best practices. I am passionate about delivering efficient, client-focused visa solutions in the dynamic travel and tourism sector.
