I joined Vira International on April 28, 2025, as a Program Associate, bringing with me 7.6 years of professional experience in email, chat, and voice-based customer support. Over the years, I have handled a wide range of escalations with professionalism, empathy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
In my previous role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), I was responsible for auditing communication channels, providing feedback to team members, and delivering training to new hires. This experience sharpened my analytical, leadership, and mentoring skills.
