Tushar is a highly motivated individual having over 15 years of experience in Hospitality Sales, Business development & operations, worked with one of the best & fastest growing Hospitality organizations since 2005. He has done his higher education in Hospitality and catering management from Kohinoor IMI and a Masters in International Hospitality Management from the University College of Birmingham.
He is an enthusiastic team player, Experimental, Resourceful about the industry, highly organised, detail oriented, Well- networked and Recognized for his ability to develop strong relationships and plan strategically. His key role is to develop and foster business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail and face-to-face customer relations. This includes the solicitation of new partnership and maintenance of old associations in the UK.
He works closely with the Senior Management Team to identify and drive focused activities on elements of the business that require additional support and Liaising with the Core teams to develop solutions and accomplish shared objectives.
He keeps updating all the business clients on our New and upcoming business activities in various destinations through Direct or Indirect Sales. He ensures Delivery of standardized Quality of Service and experience whilst Maintaining Company Standards & Brand Values.
He is responsible for New Business Development, Key Account Management, meeting with Prospects, handling enquiries, Enhancing Partnerships & collaborations, Strategic planning, Objections Handling, pre sales & post sales activities.
