We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for sourcing, head-hunting and matching candidates to our client’s vacancies. The successful applicant will need to learn, understand and integrate into their teams and to ensure that they meet both candidate and client requirements.
key duties are:
- Using networking and business development techniques to attract the right candidates.
- Develop a good understanding of our varied clients, account manage the ones allocated to you and build strong relationships.
- Attracting candidates via adverts, job boards, social media/networks, attending events, head-hunting and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates; match them to vacancies.
- Advice both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and on career opportunities.
