Junior Sous Chef



Our client is a chain of popular branded restaurants and is currently looking to recruit 2 Junior Sous Chefs to join their team in Glasgow.


Duties and Responsibilities:


— Ensure the correct preparation and presentation of food is carried out to the company specification particularly in the absence of the Sous Chef.

— To successfully run the Kitchen and staff throughout a shift in the absence of the Sous Chef.

— To have a full knowledge of all products served to specifications and photographs.

— To ensure food is prepared for service by supervising staff and completing tasks to specification as per scheduled checklists.

— Supervise preparation of kitchen products ready for service.

— Undertake work in any section of the kitchen as required.

— Work as part of a team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.


 Suitable candidate must have relevant experience of working in a similar environment.
