Our Client, serving the finest fresh parathas in North-West London since 2008, provides a variety of cuisines for the perfect pure vegetarian meal. They are now looking for two Indian Chefs to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
— Prepare a range of Tandoori and Curry dishes using the traditional techniques, herbs and spices
— Ensure the dishes are prepared and presented at the highest possible standards.
— Aid the senior Chef to achieve the restaurants budgeted food costs.
— Ensure the food items are stored at required temperature and timely temperature checks are done.
— Report any defective equipment or safety hazards within the kitchen.
— Ensuring relevant items and ingredients are available for production.
— The candidate will also be required to assist the Head Chef in other day to day kitchen tasks.
The suitable candidate must have relevant experience of working in a similar
environment/establishment and must be able to work in a team or independently using your own initiative.
