Our Client is looking to hire a Chinese Cuisine Specialty Chef for their 80 cover Indian and Pan Asian restaurant in South London .The outlet also has an additional 50 covers in the Lounge area
Duties and Responsibilities:
You should be able to handle the Chinese section independently
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day to day kitchen tasks
Prepare dishes according the recipes and maintain the high standards that the company has set.
Ensure that you comply with Health and Safety rules, Food Safety and Hygiene regulations and maintain a high degree of cleanliness
The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a busy Pan Asian restaurant kitchen and relevant supervisory experience.
