As a Sponsor license holder, it is your duty to ensure employee personal files are up to date with the relevant information. Failing to comply with any of the home office's rules and regulations might result in the suspension or revocation of your current sponsor license.

 

Home office compliance team may conduct an announced or unannounced compliance visit and expects you to have complied with your duties.
